Our Operating Model
Our business model begins with consumer insight that informs us our clients innovation, to create products they would help clients growth.
- Requirement Discussion: The first step is to discuss with Client about their company and goals and challenges. During this step, we capture client’s pain points and we help creating improvement opportunities and capture project requirements. Requirements are documented. Detailed requirement can be gathered and discussed through email, phone, Skype or personal meetings as necessary.
- Delivery Strategy: After understanding of requirements, we will create a custom strategy and set project goals. Our project understanding will be expressed in the form of an elaborate proposal with timeline and quote
- Plan Approval: Upon Client’s approval of the proposal and quote, we plan project milestones in the order to build system to meet requirements.
- Technology Design: Based on Client’s goals, we provide design ideas and alternate options to seek their approval.
- Build and Testing: Our Development team follow development standard, processes as per the approved design.
- Customer Testing: We perform multiple testing cycles (manual/ automated) and ensuring quality is the aim of this step.
- Deployment and Rollout: Upon Client’s approval, we launch the project.
- Support and Promoting: After launching, we promote client’s project to help they grow. This step is a optional and we proceed as long as they require.
- Final Account & Project Closure: Client projects have to undergo a formal closing procedure before the final payment is made by the Client. We ensure project will have a final report on activities and agreed finances to the Project and project end date. The final report submitted through email or our online system. We accept client’s payments in phases via Paypal, bank transfer or checks.

Rajan is a thought leader in strategy planning. He founded Prevaj in 2010. As the Founder, he was involved with everything required to get the company started, such as designing & programming, growing sales & marketing and financial operations for Prevaj. He has 22 years of experience in general management and is an expert in human behaviour understanding. Before starting the company, Rajan worked in various managerial level in a large Public Sector organization with more than 300 thousands direct employees. Rajan holds an Engineering degree from the prestigious College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India.
Director and Chief Operating Officer
Priya has always been an achiever, a progressive thinker and a passionate entrepreneur. She is also the Co-Founder of Prevaj. Since founding the company, Priya oversees all product development, customer engagement & support, Project Delivery and professional services. Priya has also led the growth of sales to new customers, expansion into new markets . She brings 16 years of substantial expertise in the management of technology projects and software development methods. She is a University topper, graduated (magna cum laude) with bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Amrita University, Coimbatore, India.
Chief Technology Officer
Ashok, a certified EA practitioner, a mentor, follows the modern evolutions in software and hardware as well as evolutions in development techniques. His main focus is productizing component services, and how new information system growths can be applied within Prevaj, and participating in the different projects that apply these new techniques. His main challenge is combining the drive for new technology with the technology robustness that is required on live projects.
Ashok started in 1998 as a developer, since then he has worked in various top tier companies such as Accenture, Satyam (Tech Mahindra), Melco Crown and others. Many large scale solutions implementation in US and APAC regions. His clienteles such as Citi Group, BOA, JPMorgan, Washington Mutual, UK NHS, Microsoft, Caterpillar and others. Wide range contributions include; Business-IT alignments, Enterprise Architecture governance, SOA Transformations strategy & Solution implementations.
Ashok holds a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and Management (1997) from Bangalore University. And Higher Diploma Specialization in CMM.
Chief Delivery Officer
Venki has over 16 years of experience in managing global teams across Financial Securities and Retail domains working for a global leader in IT Services. With over 9 years of Program & Delivery Management, Venki has successfully delivered numerous projects (Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid) in Australia, Belgium, UK, South Africa and India. His key strength is managing stakeholders and ensuring customer delight. Apart from Program Management, Venki also has a strong Service Management Background complemented with his experience on streamlining processes based on ITIL concepts and product development. Venki holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from prestigious National Institute of Technology, Kozhikode.
Venki is an enthusiastic traveller, photographer, travel blogger. He is also passionate about cooking and calligraphy.
